Since COMMA is a small business, our return and exchange policy is a bit more limited — thank you for understanding and supporting what we do.

• Refunds are available for non-jewelry items.

• Jewelry items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we do offer exchanges for necklaces, rings, and bracelets (excluding earrings).

• You have 14 days from the order date to request a return or exchange.

• For returns of non-defective items, a small return fee will apply to help us manage costs.

• Every item is carefully quality-checked before shipping, so we kindly ask you to shop mindfully.
